About the Role
DSB Premier Construction is looking for reliable and experienced Skilled Construction Workers to support our residential construction projects.
The role is suited to someone with good practical construction experience who is competent in one or more areas of construction and can complete work safely, efficiently and to a good standard while working under the direction of the Site Manager or senior site team.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out assigned construction works safely and efficiently.
Follow instructions provided by the Site Manager, Working Team Leader or other authorised site personnel.
Complete works to the quality standards expected by DSB Premier Construction.
Work effectively alongside other trades and members of the site team.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area.
Follow project procedures, drawings and specifications relevant to the assigned work.
Raise any problems, defects or concerns with the appropriate supervisor.
Take responsibility for the quality of their own work.
Suitable Experience
Typical backgrounds may include:
Skilled operatives
Groundworkers
General builders
Carpenters
Other skilled construction workers
Applicants should have proven practical construction experience and be capable of completing assigned work to a good standard without constant supervision.
What DSB Offers
- Indicative rate: £180 to £200 per day
- The final rate will depend on the individual's experience, skills, proven capability and suitability for the work
