What are the next steps after submitting your application:

  1. Application Review: If your details meet our current requirements, we may contact you for a short qualification phone call to confirm availability, experience and basic compliance.


  2. Experience Verification: Suitable candidates may be asked to submit photos of previous work and trade references.


  3. Practical Trial: Selected tradespeople may be offered a short paid practical trial on a live DSB project to assess workmanship, reliability, attitude, trade capability and ability to work effectively with the site team. 


  5. Approved Trade List: Tradespeople who successfully complete our assessment process may be added to the DSB Preferred Trade List and considered for suitable opportunities across future projects.
