About the Role
DSB Premier Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from pre-start through to final handover.
You are responsible for delivering projects safely, on programme, within budget and in line with DSB’s technical and quality standards.
You work closely with the Site Manager, QS, Technical team and subcontractors to ensure controlled and disciplined project delivery.
We operate structured projects where planning, coordination and accountability drive predictable results.
What You Will Do
Plan and prepare the project before construction starts, reviewing documentation, validating the programme and identifying early risks.
Lead project coordination and monitor delivery, ensuring site works follow programme, drawings and scope.
Manage subcontractor and supplier performance, ensuring work meets quality standards and deadlines.
Oversee project quality, safety and technical compliance
Control project cost, variations and stakeholder communication, working with the QS and maintaining clear communication with clients and consultants.
Requirements
Proven experience managing residential construction projects from pre-start to handover
Strong understanding of programme planning, sequencing and delivery control
Experience managing Site Managers, subcontractors and multiple trades
Good commercial awareness, including cost control and variation management
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong communication skills when working with clients, consultants and internal teams
High standards for quality, organisation and documentation
Experience using digital reporting or project management systems (Odoo preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management
Full UK driving licence
