About the Role
DSB Premier Construction is looking for experienced construction professionals who can work independently across several areas of construction or demonstrate a high level of competence within a particular trade.
This position requires someone who can understand drawings and specifications, organise their own work and consistently achieve a high-quality finish with minimal supervision.
We are looking for people who can take ownership of their assigned work, identify potential issues and deliver the required standard without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out skilled construction works independently.
Read and work from drawings, specifications and project information.
Plan and organise assigned works effectively.
Deliver consistently high standards of workmanship.
Coordinate with other trades where required.
Identify issues before they affect quality or progress.
Communicate effectively with the Site Manager or project team.
Maintain safe and organised working practices.
Take responsibility for completing assigned works correctly and on programme.
Work with minimal supervision while following DSB project procedures and standards.
Suitable Experience
Typical backgrounds may include:
Experienced builders
Multi-skilled tradespeople
Experienced carpenters
Refurbishment specialists
Experienced construction operatives with strong competence in a particular trade
Applicants should have proven experience in their trade or across multiple construction disciplines and be confident working independently from drawings, specifications and site instructions.
What DSB Offers
- Indicative rate: £200 to £225 per day
- The final rate will depend on the individual's experience, trade capability, proven ability to work independently and quality of workmanship.
