About the Role
DSB Premier Construction is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead residential construction projects.
You are the accountable owner of site delivery. You ensure works are executed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards in line with approved drawings and specifications.
You lead the site. The Site Supervisor supports execution, but overall performance remains your responsibility.
We operate structured sites where planning, coordination and accountability are essential.
What You Will Do
Lead and control site operations, coordinating trades and ensuring works follow drawings, specifications and company standards.
Plan and control the construction programme, organising daily work and identifying delays or risks early.
Maintain construction quality by checking workmanship, enforcing standards, and delivering a zero-defect handover.
Enforce health and safety on site, ensuring RAMS compliance, safe working practices and proper incident reporting.
Protect project scope and escalate risks, ensuring no unapproved works are executed and potential variations or delays are reported immediately.
Requirements
Proven experience managing residential construction sites
Strong leadership and decision-making ability
Strong understanding of sequencing and programme control
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
High standards for quality and attention to detail
Solid knowledge of UK health and safety requirements
Experience managing subcontractors and trades
Professional communication skills
Minimum 5 years of site management experience
Full UK driving licence
Experience using project or ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
