About the Role
DSB Premier Construction is hiring Skilled Tradespeople for residential construction projects.
We are looking for experienced professionals who can deliver high-quality trade work, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, roofing, and other residential construction activities.
You will work under the direction of the Site Supervisor and Site Manager, ensuring all work is completed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and health and safety standards.
You are directly responsible for the quality, accuracy, and completion of your work.
What You Will Do
Carry out skilled trade work in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and site instructions
Review drawings and information before starting work and report any missing or unclear details immediately
Deliver high-quality workmanship, completing tasks correctly the first time and rectifying defects when required
Coordinate with other trades and follow the agreed work sequence on site
Comply with all health and safety requirements, including PPE, RAMS, and safe use of tools and equipment
Requirements
Proven experience in your specific trade (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, roofing, etc.)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential construction
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong attention to detail and high finishing standards
Good understanding of site health and safety practices
Own tools and transport preferred
Right to work in the UK
