About the Role
DSB Premier Construction is engaging Trade Subcontractors to deliver defined work packages on residential construction projects.
We are looking for experienced subcontractor teams who can manage and execute complete trade packages such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, roofing, and similar residential works.
You will coordinate with the Site Manager and Site Supervisor to ensure all work is delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, programme timelines, and health and safety requirements.
You are responsible for the delivery, quality, and completion of your assigned trade package.
What You Will Do
Deliver assigned trade packages in accordance with drawings, specifications, and site instructions
Plan, organise, and manage labour, materials, tools, and workflow
Review drawings and raise any missing or unclear information before starting work
Ensure high-quality workmanship and rectify any defects promptly
Coordinate with other trades and follow the agreed programme and sequence of works
Comply with all health and safety requirements, including RAMS and site regulations
Maintain productivity to meet agreed timelines and milestones
Requirements
Proven experience delivering trade packages in residential construction
Established team with the ability to supply skilled labour
Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Good site coordination and communication skills
Strong focus on quality, programme, and safety
Own tools, equipment, and transport
Appropriate insurances (if required)
Right to work in the UK
