What are the next steps after submitting your application:

1. Application Review: If your details meet our current requirements, we may contact you for a short qualification phone call to confirm availability, experience and basic compliance.
2. Experience Verification: Suitable candidates may be asked to submit photos of previous work and trade references.
3. Practical Trial: Selected workers may be invited to complete a short paid trial on a live DSB project to assess quality, reliability and coordination on site.
4. Approved Trade List: Workers and subcontractor teams who successfully complete the process will be added to our preferred trade list for future projects.
